PennyWise Consulting, LLC offers three pricing options. Upon completion of a free needs assessment questionnaire I will offer tailored quotes to your requirements.
By the hour: I offer an hourly rate of $150 per hour for clients who prefer paying for straight time. All work is billed monthly at 30-day net. In most instances, I can provide an estimate of the amount of time it will take to complete a project. If my time exceeds 10% of the original estimate, I require approval from the client before proceeding.
By project: For budgeting purposes, I’m happy to provide a per project price. The price will vary based on project type, complexity, and size. I require 50% of the project price prior to starting with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
By retainer: For clients interested in a longer term or more time-intensive relationship, I also offer my time in blocks. By buying out my time, you’re guaranteed that I’ll have a set amount of hours available, usually per month, to assist you. The retainer covers all types of projects with specific services defined. If additional services are needed above and beyond our agreement, those charges are billed at cost.
For non-profits and charities, I’m happy to offer my services at a discounted rate. For specific rates and estimates, please feel free to contact me.
While the company is located in the New York City metropolitan area, distance relationships may be just as rewarding as local ones.
